Loomline provides a ‘No Questions Asked’ Exchange Policy. Customers may request an exchange within 7 working days via official channels. An Exchange Form must be completed and included in the return shipment. Exchanges are processed via courier only.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with intact packaging and tags. Items showing signs of wear, odor, or damage will not be accepted. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Loomline offers refunds under the following conditions: Refund requests must be made within seven (7) working days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Approved refunds will be processed after inspection, and the refunded amount will exclude delivery charges. Loomline reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet the stated criteria.
Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within two (2) working days of delivery. Evidence may be required. Processing may take up to seven (7) working days.
PKR 280 delivery charge applies to orders below PKR 5,000. Free shipping is offered above PKR 5,000 within Pakistan. Delivery timelines: 4–5 working days nationwide, same-day delivery in Lahore for eligible orders.
Courier partners will attempt delivery twice. Failure due to incorrect address may result in return to Loomline.
Loomline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. International orders may be subject to applicable local regulations.
